We offer you several
options for making your payment:
INDIA
Credit Cards
- We accept MASTERCARD, Visa, American
Express, Diners Club and Citibank E-Cards Credit
Cards via an online real-time realization
through the CC Avenues payment gateway that our
site is linked to. (You can pay by credit cards
using the CC Avenues payment gateway that our
site is linked to.)
- Your credit card will be charged at the time
of placing your order through our secured
payment gateway.
- Our website is linked to the CC Avenue
payment gateway which has 128 bit SSL
encryption, and is also Verisign secured. Please
review our Security Privacy Policy for further
details.
- In order for us to successfully process your
credit card, you must provide the billing
address which is used for your credit card.
- On successful transaction of your credit
card you will get a confirmation of the debited
amount on your screen. We request you to print
this for future reference.
- Please note that the transaction will be
billed to CC Avenues in your credit card
statement.
Net Banking
- You can use the gateway to make direct
payments through your bank via net banking.
- This can be done via the CC Avenue payment
gateway.
- Select the payment option in your shopping
cart.
- On check out you will get a provisional
confirmation of your order.
Direct Deposit
- You can deposit money into our HDFC bank
account at any convenient HDFC bank branch in
India using our:

- Email us the payment details along with your
Order ID.
- On receipt of this email we will confirm
your order via email.
DD / Cheque
- You can send us a demand draft or a cheque
payable at par in Ahmedabad to Rang Bandhej Pvt.
Ltd.
- Select the payment option in your shopping
cart.
- On check out you will get a provisional
confirmation of your order.
- Post/courier your dd/cheque to us.
- Email us the dd/cheque details along with
your Order ID.
- We will confirm the order via email on
successful realization of the amount.
INTERNATIONAL
For international customers payment through PayPal (secure payment gateway) using
your Credit Cards is the only available option.

Cancelling an order
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order
cannot be changed or cancelled online. You will need
to contact us through the Request for Cancellation
facility under Customer Care on the Bandhej online shopping site within
12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to
confirm this cancellation. In case we have already
processed your order you will be advised receive an e-mail from us stating that the
cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain
quick turnaround times on our order processing,
dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to
support your request unless it is received within
the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely
at the discretion of Bandhej. |

| DELIVERY AND SHIPPING |

INDIA
Delivery
We normally maintain an inventory to enable us to
process your order as quickly as possible. We would
try and dispatch your order within 7 working days of
its receipt in most cases. However if the item
ordered is under production it may take longer to
process the order. All orders are shipped via First
Flight couriers who provide delivery within 6-8
business days of dispatch. In the event that your
order is likely to take more than three weeks to
deliver, we would be informing you via email about
the delay.
Shipping Charges
Rs. 65 for orders upto Rs. 1000.
Additional Rs. 35 for each Rs. 1000 thereafter.
All of Bandhej orders are shipped from our
production unit in Ahmedabad, India to your provided
shipping address via First Flight. Due to the nature
of interstate shipping, you may have to pay
additional duties and taxes which are levied once a
shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders
will not have to pay any additional fees. However,
we are unable to calculate when and how much these
infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case
where additional duties or taxes are assessed,
customer will be responsible for paying these
additional fees. For your convenience, we have
arranged with the couriers to clear your goods for
you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are
presented with an invoice/receipt from First Flight
for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay First
Flight directly at the time of delivery.
Shipping addresses
Since we offer door to door deliveries through First
Flight, you must include full address details
including a street address for the shipping address.
We also suggest that you give an address where
someone might be present to receive the shipment
when it arrives.
Change of shipping address
Once we receive your order, we take approximately 7 working days to process your
order before handing it over to First Flight. If you would like to change your shipping
address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your
requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us at admin@bandhej.com with your requested
change and we will send you an email reply to
confirm if we were able to make the change. If we
have already handed your order over to First Flight
then we are unable to make any shipping address
changes.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery

within 10-14 business days of dispatch. In the event that your order is likely to
take more than four weeks to deliver, we would be informing you via email about

$20 for orders upto $25. Additional $6 for every $25 thereafter. All of Bandhej
orders are shipped from our production unit in Ahmedabad, India to your provided
shipping address via UPS. Due to the nature of international shipping, you may have
to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your
Country / State. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees.
However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges
will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer
will be responsible for paying these additional fees. If you are presented with

| NON-DELIVERY OF
PACKAGE |
INDIA
First Flight will attempt delivery 3 times at the
delivery address specified by you in the order,
before they contact us that your package is not
deliverable. If you have not received the package
within 10 days after receiving email intimation of
dispatch from us, do email us to let us know and we
will help you to locate the parcel.
Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable by the courier
Incorrect Address
Bandhej does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is
incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect
or outdated we will consider the order status as closed and no refund will be issued.
Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct
shipping address.
Address Format
If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, the courier is unable
to deliver your package. We will try to catch this problem prior to shipping. If
a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will
consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please make sure
that you do not supply a Post Office Box address for your shipping address.
Failed Delivery Attempts
The couriers will make three attempts to deliver
your package. If any duties or taxes are due, then
the couriers will require payment at the time of
delivery. If you are generally not home during
delivery hours, please use a shipping address where
someone will be available to sign for the package.
If the courier deems it necessary to obtain a
signature and has made three delivery attempts, then
the package is returned to us as undeliverable. If
the package status is shown as undeliverable please
call First Flight Customer Service at their local
number and quote your tracking number to trace your
package.
Refused by Recipient
If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because
they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned
to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect
a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
INTERNATIONAL
UPS will attempt delivery thrice at the delivery address specified by you in the
order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. They will keep the parcel at their office for 30 days before returning it to us. Once we are informed
that the package is not delivered, we will get in touch with you via email and inform
you about where your parcel is. If you are unable to pick it up within 30 days,
the parcel will be returned to us and we will be unable to issue a refund. If you
have not received the package within 2 weeks after receiving email intimation of
dispatch from us, do email us to let us know and we will help you to locate the
parcel.

| RETURNS & EXCHANGES |

INDIA
Return policy
At Bandhej we stand behind the quality of our
products and we will provide a full refund for the
cost of the product if you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason, provided the goods are
returned to us in unused/undamaged condition within
10 days of receiving them. Shipping charges will not
be refunded and customers are required to pay for
the shipping costs for the return of the goods.
Note: Customers can not return or exchange an item
which has been purchased online at any of our retail
stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot
be returned through our Online Store.
Return procedure
You need to send back the merchandise for exchange

The must reach us within 10 days of
receipt. Goods must be sent back in their original
condition including packaging, copy of the invoice
and reasons for exchange or refund by registered
mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss
in transit.
Refund
Credit Card / Net Banking
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit
card used for making the original purchase. Once we
receive your returned item(s) we will issue your
credit and send you an email confirmation. Please
allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear on
your credit/debit card statement.
Direct Deposit / DD / Cheque
All other refunds will be made through a demand
draft or cheque issued in the name of the customer
who has placed the order.
Exchange
You will need to provide us with the details of
items you need in exchange for the merchandize
returned. We will inform you via email about the
status of the exchange and ship the items as soon as
we are able to process the request.
In case we are unable to process the request you
could either opt for alternative items or a refund
by emailing us with the details of your original
order.
INTERNATIONAL
For the time being we are unable to offer this service to our International customers.
The Indian government does not allow any returns on goods sent out of the country,
by law we are unable to provide this service.

Gift Vouchers
Currently we do not offer gift vouchers for online
redemption. Any Gift Voucher can only be used at one
of our Bandhej retail stores. We hope to offer
online Gift Certificates that can be used for online
shopping in the near future.
